We then continue with full body herbal bolus Ayurvedic Massage - a detoxifying & nourishing treatment to calm the nervous system & ease tension across the mind body network- performed by our Ayurvedic Practitioner with warmed heated herbal boluses massaged across the entire body with extra focus on releasing toxins and trapped energy through the marma points.
