Booking Terms, Cancellation and refund policy.

Yogadeva Retreats are Alcohol and smoking free events- this includes vaping.

All Retreat food prepared by us is Vegetarian and we will cater for guest food allergies.

Our retreats are for adults only, so all guests must be 18+ years of age and to be able bodied, due the houseboat having stairs to access the top deck.

1. 30% Deposit Payment Bookings $569.70- If you cancel within 60 or less days after your deposit payment was made- your deposit will be refunded for the total amount paid- Your refund will be sent within 7 working days. Cancellation outside of this date will result in a Port Elliot Wellness Credit Voucher.

2. Second Final Payment 70%- $1329.30 due by May 5th 2025 - Cancellations made within 7 days of this final payment being made will result in a full refund of $1329.30. Cancellations after this date will result in no refund or credit- but can be transferred to another person. If final payment is not made by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.

3. Pay in full bookings- If you cancel within 60 or less days after the payment was made - your payment will be refunded for the total amount paid- Your refund will be sent within 7 working days. Cancellation outside of this date will not result in a refund. This term is only applicable for bookings made by March 1st 2025; bookings and payments made after March 1st 2025 are nonrefundable.
