Marma- known as Indian acupressure, is an important component of the science of life, Ayurveda. Gaining an understanding of Marma massage strengthens the therapist ability to heal the patient by enhancing Pranic energy for improved health, wellbeing. The therapist gains knowledge on how to specifically tailor the massage treatment to the patients' health needs by choosing the most relevant marma points - i.e reducing the patient's pain or improving their mindset.

1. Learn how to tailor a full body and a face neck, head massage system by identifying Marma points for the treatment of patients suffering from common health conditions- through the knowledge of the srotas, nadis and bhutas;

Migraines and Headaches

Upper respiratory complaints - hay fever, sinusitis

Anxiety, insomnia and nervousness

Digestive issues- constipation and diarrhea

Reproductive issues

Joint pain & stiffness

Lethargy and Depression

2. Practical knowledge on the varied Marma point touch techniques that can be used to stimulate or decrease prana for specific Marmas

3. Includes PDF learning guide with mapping of the marma systems for each common ailment

Comprehensive Curriculum: Our course covers the essential principles of Marma Massage, the significance of the Marma points, their locations, and their impact on the mind, body, and spirit. You will also learn about the tools and techniques used to stimulate these points for healing, rejuvenation, and prevention of diseases.

Course Prerequisite- Must be fully trained in Ayurvedic Abhyanga Massage or completion of Ayurvedic studies,

This course requires students to attend both days of training to successfully complete the Certificate Course
