It’s a direct connection to the digestive system and the overall balance of your doshas (Vata, Pitta, Kapha). Different areas of the tongue correspond to specific organs and body systems, providing valuable insights into imbalances before they manifest physically.

It's a vital instrument used in Ayurvedic medicine both for accessing a person's current state of health and for providing a prognosis. Ayurvedic tongue diagnosis provides holistic insights into mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being, fostering a comprehensive approach to health.
